Wandering by name, wanderer by nature, always on the hunt for new tastes, experiences, flavours. It’s this innate curiosity and wonderment I’ve had for food that has made me the chef I am today.
I’ve travelled the world and been inspired by different cultures and cuisines. I’ve been a Chef in New York and London hosting many sold out Supper Clubs, and worked for Michelin Star chef Jason Atherton. I became Head Chef in the Lake District rearing and growing my own food on a working farm. And more recently I set up my own kitchen in the North East attached to a Brewery, gaining national coverage in The Times.
It’s the varied experience I’ve gained over the last 10 years that has made me the chef I am today, and with this helps me create truly tailored dining experiences for my clients and their guests.
Getting to know you and your tastes is the secret to creating a personal dining experience you won’t forget. Along with your event and budget, we’ll chat about your favourite foods, special memories or unforgettable meals you’ve had to help me craft you a menu that will be truly bespoke to you, and a culinary delight to your guests.
